What founders ask us first.
Is this HR?
No. We redesign how the business operates: its structure, processes, controls and performance. Staff documentation is one small part of that.
I already have managers and some documents. Why do I need this?
Many of our clients did too. The documents existed, but decisions still ran through the founder. We fix the structure around them, not just the paperwork.
Do I have to do the full build?
No. Many clients start with one area or with training, then extend in phases as the business is ready.
How long does it take?
Most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the size of the business and the scope we agree.
Do you work outside Lagos, or remotely?
Yes. We work with clients across Nigeria and abroad, including fully remote teams.
Will you just hand me documents and leave?
No. We train your team, support the rollout and review adoption, because a system nobody uses changes nothing.
Will my staff resist this?
We involve them from the diagnostic stage. People follow what they understand and helped shape.
I'm very busy. How much of my time will this take?
We build around your schedule. You review and approve at key points, and we handle the rest.
Can you hire for us too?
Yes. Recruitment is available as an add-on, with a 90-day replacement guarantee. Our fee is paid by you, never taken from the staff member's salary.
